APPLICATION FOR GCLC MEMBERSHIP

  • You can promote the use of the collaborative process for resolving civil disputes, by becoming a Full Voting Member or an Associate Member. Voting Members are required to have completed, or agree to complete twelve hours of collaborative law training in courses sponsored or approved by GCLC. Associate Members are not required to have collaborative training. Associate Members may become a voting Member by making a written request to GCLC, and completing the required collaborative dispute resolution training within twelve months of the date of such request.
  • GCLC requires a full member, within the first twelve months of membership, to have completed twelve hours of collaborative law training in courses sponsored or approved by GCLC. It is solely the member's responsibility to notify GCLC in writing when additional collaborative law training courses are completed.
  • By submitting this application,

    1.       I certify that the above information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

    2.       I agree to:

    a.       participate in any grievance or feedback procedures adopted by GCLC;

    b.      observe all ethical standards adopted by GCLC;

    c.       abide by and observe all guidelines as set forth in GCLC’s Protocols of Practice for Collaborative Lawyers.
