    DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Allows you to settle your disputes with less disruption to your life, and saves money and your valuable time.

    Who can do this?

    Individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies and other entities that have a legal dispute and are willing to work honestly and in good faith to find a resolution, and to abide by the Participation Agreement.
    Any lawyer who is trained in the collaborative dispute resolution process, and is willing to abide by the Protocols of Practice, and will withdraw if the dispute is not resolved in the process.
